The EPAMS Group of Companies is a consortium of three companies, together providing technical and management services, and each of its subsidiaries; ADVANCE Point Consulting, EPAMS Jamaica and LiBru Trading and Logistics, are managed separately, with a global focus.
In 2006, EPAMS Jamaica Limited was registered as an engineering and management company, and three years later, after studying the market to understand its needs, EPAMS Jamaica fully opened its doors in 2009. Since then, and after been through challenges and changes, we have developed a loyal client base.
The EPAMS Group was formed to allow our clients to focus on their core businesses, while we handle the rest. For every job, small or large in value or scope, safety and quality are paramount to us. If a job cannot be done safely, it will not be done. Once a job is taken, all efforts will be made to follow best practices and industry standards to at least meet the customers' satisfaction.
Where necessary, a huddle is held before the start of a job to discuss safety risks, objective, strategies, customer’s expectations, scope, environmental impact, etc.

To minimize the negative impact of our activities on the environment, we will seek to identify and measure all environmental hazards and impacts. Accordingly, targets will be set, and measures implemented to reduce any environmental challenges.

Each job done by the EPAMS Group of Companies must, at minimum, meet the clients’ satisfaction before it is signed off. If the client is not satisfied, any additional cost incurred to ensure this happens, will be borne by the EPAMS Group.
Client service before, during and after sales is very important, and EPAMS Group of Companies believes that in order to excel in providing service to our clients, we must master client service.
